I started a blog shortly after finishing graduate school. You may be familiar with it. I named it "Perspectives of Industrial/Organizational Psychology" (http://Imondrow.blogspot.com). The site would summarize research articles from academic publications and what it implies for Human Resources.
I loved writing this blog and I still love reading research. Unfortunately, I had to give up the blog to focus on my career. Now that I have over five years of experience, I have a new expertise. My career has become focused in training and development. This includes everything from project management, strategy and instructional design. I have learned so much about training and development, especially after being a one person training department. I plan on sharing my lessons learned and best practices for all of you.
What to expect:
Don't expect perfect grammar. I will write most of my entries from my phone. Therefore proofreading can be a challenge. Plus my iPhone keyboard has a mind of its own.
Anyway, stay tuned for more posts. I hope you find this information helpful
